By purchasing House Plans from Sensible Home Design, LLC you are granted the right to build that home ONE time. Only the original purchaser has the right to build from the building plans purchased.  

Purchaser agrees to comply with all local codes and building regulations. The home designs by Sensible Home Design shall comply with the Local Building Code in effect at the time they were drawn. Because local and state building regulations vary from region to region.  

Sensible Home Design authorizes the sale and uses of these plans expressly conditioned upon the purchaser's obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, regulations and requirements.

All plans are designed by Sensible Home Design, LLC. Each plan is designed to the best of our ability to meet building code in the locality of the building at the time the plan was drawn. If updates to the code occur before the project commences, updates will incur an hourly rate for adjustments.    

Exterior Elevations: show the front, rear and sides of the house, including exterior materials, details and measurements. Foundation Plans:include drawings for a standard, daylight or partial basement, crawlspace, pier, or slab foundation. All necessary notations and dimensions are included. Floor Plans: show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc., of each level of the house. Roof Plans and Details: Show the roof plan and all necessary details to build the home. (Wall sections, Footings, stairways, etc.)  

 The information, plans and specifications contained in these documents is provided "as is" without warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sensible Home Design, LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these plans. The purchaser of these plans must review the plan for errors and compliance with the local codes before construction. These documents could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Sensible Home Design prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Sensible Home Design, Sensible Home Design's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Sensible Home Design's product.
